  • All orders are processed within 1–2 working days (Monday–Friday).

  • Orders placed after 3pm will be processed the next working day.

  • During busy periods (sales, holidays, promotions), processing times may be extended. If so, we will notify you by email.

3. Order Tracking

4. Delivery Issues

If you experience a delay or your order has not arrived:

  2. Confirm your delivery address

  3. Contact the courier directly (their details will be on the tracking page)

5. Incorrect Address

Exhale Shop is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrectly entered addresses.
If you notice a mistake in your address details, please contact us immediately — once the order has been dispatched, we cannot make changes.


6. Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged or does not arrive at all:

  • Contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date for lost parcels

  • Contact us within 48 hours for damaged parcels (with photos)

We will investigate with the courier and offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.
